The 2015 Irish ‘Stories Festival’ for Customer Experience and Marketing practitioners took place on Thursday 29th October in the offbeat and edgy Chocolate Factory in Dublin.
Participants learnt about best global practices in Customer Experience along with practical insights. Our theme was ‘Stories’ and attendees contributed and learnt by sharing their own Stories and consumer encounters. These Stories brought amazing Customer Experiences to life and engaged real people and real life experiences. This helped equip attendees with tools to write the future Customer Experience story for their brand and strategies to promote Board and C suite level ownership of CX. Here’s the eBook of our CXi Stories Festival.
It provides a great recap of the day, from arrival by taxi to leaving that afternoon. It mentioned some of what we learnt and the conversations and fun in between. You can see video recordings of key presentations from the day and hear what colleagues had to say about CX and the event.
A snapshot of participant feedback…“loved the opportunity to engage with a wide variety of businesses on the same topic, with very different perspectives.” “Deeper discussion on CXi measures and drivers. Fantastic to see a conference championing this area and supporting Irish organisations in pushing this agenda at their own Board room tables.” “Great to network with different brands and to hear stories from a variety of industries. It was all food for thought on how these experiences can be adopted in our industry. Also refreshing to hear that the same challenges are experienced in many other companies.” “It was very different to other ‘conferences’ that I’d been to. The venue was fantastic and felt very creative. The breakout sessions were a great opportunity to discuss and hear other people’s experiences.”
