Top 100 brands in Ireland, 2016

In 2015, we launched the Customer Experience Excellence Survey and published our Customer Experience report including the Top 100 brands.

In 2016, the survey was repeated to get feedback from Irish consumers on which brands have improved their CX and which brands have got worse. We also included some new brands in the 2016 survey and we can see which ones are making an impact.

The result is a new Top 100 league table that features brands across 10 different industry sectors. The 2016 report celebrates the success of the top 100 performers, not merely who they are but, what it is they do to achieve excellence.
